ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ACR Truck Service maintains a strict NO REFUND policy on all sales, services, and parts. All sales are final upon completion of transaction or service.
1. General PolicyAll transactions are final upon completion
No refunds will be issued for parts, labor, or services
All sales, including special orders and custom work, are non-refundable
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and non-transferable2. Parts and MaterialsAll part sales are final
Special order parts are non-refundable
Core charges will still be refunded upon return of the old part in acceptable condition, as this is a deposit rather than a sale3. Labor ChargesAll labor charges are final and non-refundable
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable
Additional work required after initial service will be quoted and charged separately4. Service CancellationsAppointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: May incur a 25% cancellation fee
No-shows: Subject to a 50% charge of scheduled service5. Warranty Information
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide the following warranty terms:Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original work order
Warranty work must be performed at ACR Truck Service facility
Warranty coverage is void if repairs are attempted by other facilities6. Emergency Repairs
Emergency and roadside repairs are subject to the same no-refund policy. Terms will be clearly communicated before service is performed.
7. Quality Commitment
While we maintain a no-refund policy, we are committed to providing high-quality service. If there are concerns about the quality of work performed, we will inspect the issue and, at our discretion, may perform necessary adjustments according to our warranty terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding our services:Contact our service manager immediately
Provide detailed documentation of the issue
Allow us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle
We will respond to all claims within 2 business days9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available at our service center and on our website.
